Annual General Meeting
Dear Member,
The meeting will be held on Wednesday 21st January 2009 at 7p.m. The venue is Woodlands Primary School, Heathgate, Skelmersdale. (please contact me if you do not know where this is) We will be collecting fees for 2009. The Executive is proposing a full plot fee of £30 and a membership fee of £3 per person working on the plot. We may also be running a raffle to raise funds at £1 per ticket. Please bring a prize if possible.
