Annual General Meeting

Dear Member,

The meeting will be held on Wednesday 6^th January 2010 at 7p.m.  The venue is Woodlands Primary School, Heathgate, Skelmersdale.  (please contact me if you do not know where this is) We will be collecting fees for 2010.  The Executive is proposing a full plot fee of £36 and a membership fee of £4 per person working on the plot.

THIS YEAR WE ARE INVITING A SPEAKER AS A PART OF THE MEETING.  WE HOPE YOU WILL STAY FOR THIS TO SHOW OUR APPRECIATION.

From 7.45-8p.m. please pay fees and have some refreshments.
